Dua Lipa Stuns At Barbie Premiere
Lipa shows off her sleek and toned body on Instagram by completing difficult headstands and poses in yoga.
"I've been doing yoga for about seven years and I'm absolutely hooked," she revealed in Summer Series Episode 1: Yoga – Dua Lipa: At Your Service Podcast.
When she's home, the singer cooks. "I love cooking and being accompanied by the best people," she told.
"I love doing something which is really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can perform before I start my day," she told.
"When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I'm in, whether it's yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning," she told
"Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting."
Lipa exercises by boxing. "I like that it's definitely a full-body workout," she told. I'm in my best form since boxing. It relieves stress."
Lipa eats watermelon and a balanced diet most days.
