Shake Shack's new Veggie Shack burgers arrived worldwide this year, featuring a plant-based patty made from crops including mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and carrots, and topped with extra veggies and ShackSauce.
NotMilk-based chocolate custard and shakes were added by the fast food chain. To commemorate the launch of the new veggie burgers, Shake Shack will sell limited-edition "Veg Out" picnic packages.
Food, drinks, a blanket, and games for after the meal are all included in the picnic basket.
Starting July 25, "Veg Out" picnic packages can be reserved online for $60 and picked up on July 29 or 30 at 10 locations around the United States.
Each experience package includes a picnic basket including two Shake Shack vegetarian burgers, two fries, two lemonades, and one pint of nondairy chocolate frozen custard to be shared in an S'well ice cream cooler.
There are bamboo dishes, napkins, and utensils included. Following the meal, the bundle includes a Dock & Bay picnic blanket, Supergoop! sunscreen, a Bluetooth speaker, a frisbee, and playing cards.
According to Shake Shack's Chief Marketing Officer, the original establishment in Madison Square Park inspired the concept. The kits will be available at the main store.
The remaining cities are Denver, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. Through July 30, use the code "VEGGIETIME" to enjoy a free shake when ordering a Veggie Shack burger online or on the app.
