Effective Skincare Routine for All Skin Types

Cleansing:

Use a light skin-type-appropriate cleanser to wash your face. Choose a chemical-free, fragrance-free cleanser.

Massage the cleanser into damp skin and then rinse with warm water. Cleaning eliminates dirt, oil, and toxins from the environment.

Toning:

After cleansing, apply toner. Toning restores skin pH and removes cleanser and dirt. Look for an alcohol-free toner that contains calming rosewater or witch hazel.

Moisturizing:

Even oily skin necessitates moisture. Non-comedogenic moisturizers are lightweight and will not clog pores. Moisturize the dry skin on your face and neck. This step hydrates your skin.

Sun Protection:

Sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 protects your skin from UV rays. Even cloudy days necessitate the use of sunscreen.

Broad-spectrum sunscreen shields against UVA and UVB rays. Apply liberally and reapply every two hours outside.

Eye Cream:

Select an under-eye cream that moisturizes, brightens, or firms the skin. With your ring finger, apply a small amount of eye cream around the orbital bone.

Weekly Exfoliation:

Exfoliation eliminates dead skin and enhances the complexion. Exfoliate once or twice a week to avoid over-exfoliation.

Follow the instructions for a light chemical or physical exfoliation that is appropriate for your skin type.
