Taco Bell's Released A New Hot Sauce Packet

Taco Bell has always listened to customer feedback, whether it's bringing back the nostalgia-inducing Enchrito for a third time or

bringing back the Beefy Crunch Burrito in early August after it won a fan poll. The chain wants fans' opinion on its 2024 hot sauce packaging revamp.

"We recognize the role that those hot sauce packets have played in the lives of individuals," the US Chief Marketing Officer said in a news release, adding that fans can "be a part of Taco Bell history."

From July 18 to July 23, Taco Bell Rewards members can vote on one of three new hot sauce packet sayings via the chain's app. Results will be announced July 24.

Mild sauce options are "What's my @," "All love here," and "Great, good, okay." "It's a secret," "First things first," and "Why not?" are trendy options.

Fire sauce packets may say "On the count of three," "Don't think, just do," or "Entering my ___ era." Diablo, the restaurant's hottest sauce, offers The breakfast sauce possibilities are "Morning person," "I support it," and "Rooting for you."

Since the early 60s, when Taco Bell's condiments were merely red or green chili sauces in plastic cups, they've improved. We acquired squeezable sauce packets in the 1980s and cups with peel-off lids in the 1970s.

By 2004, the packets included "Marry Me!" and "Current Mood: ___." The sauces were a man's only food amid a 2019 snowfall.

Taco Bell's Terracycle sauce packet recycling initiative is also encouraged. Restaurant and food store packets must be cleaned, dried, and shipped to TerraCycle with a pre-paid shipping label.

TerraCycle recycling programs have raised over $45 million for charities and institutions worldwide. July Taco Bell customers will receive 80 reward points for returning used packets.
